Lotus Building Group
Inside Lotus Building Group's Stunning New East Nashville Home
Some shoots you walk into and immediately know you're somewhere special. That was the case when Nashville Interiors Magazine sent me to photograph Lotus Building Group's newest project tucked into East Nashville. A custom home that manages to feel both elevated and deeply rooted in this city.
Founder Keegan Fioravanti and his team built this place with luxury materials throughout and the craftsmanship is the kind you notice in the details. As a photographer, spaces like this are a joy to shoot. The light interacts with natural surfaces in ways that synthetic materials just can't replicate.
One of the best parts of this project was getting to spend time with the people behind it. Keegan Fioravanti brings a quiet intentionality to everything Lotus Group does. Designer Monica Belanger has an incredible eye for how a space lives, not just how it looks in photographs. Her selections strike that rare balance between refined and warm.
Ryan Rado of Rockwall Gallery curated a collection of local work that gives this space a genuine sense of place. In a city growing as fast as Nashville, there's something meaningful about a luxury home that looks to local artists to define its character rather than reaching for generic, forgettable pieces. Photographing the art in context was a detail many miss.
What Lotus Building Group is doing feels timely. Nashville has no shortage of high-end new construction right now, but this home makes a different kind of statement. One about craft, authenticity, and community. It's luxury that actually means something.
I'm so grateful to Nashville Interiors Magazine for the assignment, and to Keegan, Monica, and Ryan for being so generous with their time and their story.
