Higher Education: University of Louisville
Working with the University of Louisville was more than just another assignment—it was personal. This is the university I grew up cheering for, the one woven into my childhood memories of basketball games, weekend tailgates, and family traditions. It’s where my dad earned his law degree, where my brother completed his MBA, and where I once thought I might graduate myself—until photojournalism led me to Western Kentucky University. To this day, the only hat I wear is a UofL hat.
That’s why being part of the University’s Here and Beyond campaign was such an honor. It connected me not only to my hometown, but also to the institution I’ve rooted for my entire life. The campaign wasn’t just about images—it was about a vision. Bold, intentional, and future-focused.
For me, that’s what commercial photography is all about. It goes beyond making something look good—it’s about clarity, emotion, and strategy. When those things align, the work resonates. It sticks. It moves.
